What's a CRM?+
One place for everyone who supports you: what they gave, when, and every conversation with them. Donorly adds the giving pages, receipts and memberships around it, so you don't need separate tools.
How long does it take to set up donation or contribution pages for our organization?+
Once you're on Donorly, a donation or contribution page takes minutes, and you can accept gifts as soon as Stripe has verified your account. Bringing over your existing data usually takes a few days, and during the beta our team does it for you at no cost.
How do we move from spreadsheets or another CRM?+

Can we put Donorly pages on our own website?+
Yes, and you should. Put your donation, membership and wishlist pages right on your own site, in your colors and with your logo, so supporters give without ever leaving you. Then link them from your newsletter and social posts, and print a QR sign for the lobby or the event table.
Can donors use Apple Pay or Google Pay?+
Yes. Donation pages, membership pages and Scan to Pay sales show Apple Pay and Google Pay on any phone or computer that supports them, as well as cards.
Where does online money go?+
Straight to your organization's own Stripe account. Payouts arrive on the schedule you set with Stripe, as often as every day, so the money is there when you need it.
Is Donorly available in Spanish?+
Yes. Your team can use Donorly in English or Spanish, and your public pages also work in Punjabi and Vietnamese.
What if Donorly doesn't do something we need?+

Isn't a "free" donation platform cheaper?+
Someone always pays. On "free" platforms, donors pay through a tip to the platform that's often pre-selected at 17% or more, so 14.5 cents of every dollar they pay never reaches your cause. Read are "free" CRMs really free?.
What does Donorly cost?+

Does Donorly deposit checks?+
No. You deposit the check at your bank as usual. Donorly records the gift, keeps a photo of the check with the account number blacked out, and emails the donor a receipt.
How do you protect donors' payment details?+
Card payments run through Stripe, certified PCI DSS Level 1, the strictest standard for protecting card data, and card numbers stay safe with Stripe. Saved check photos keep the account number covered.
